About MaidEX
A clean that goes beyond spotless
We started MaidEX to make booking a great cleaner effortless — and to build a company that values the people behind the work.
Who we are
More than clean homes
At MaidEX, we're not just about cleaning homes — we're about giving people their time and peace of mind back. We were founded in Vancouver on a simple belief: a clean space is the foundation for a calmer, happier life.
But we didn't stop at spotless homes. In an industry where cleaning professionals are too often underpaid and undervalued, we set out to change the narrative — because when the people behind the work feel respected, they thrive, and so does the work they do.
So we built MaidEX differently: honest, flat-rate pricing you see before you book — no quotes, no surprises, just 5% GST. Cleaners who are background-checked, fully insured, and who keep 100% of their tips. And a detailed, room-by-room checklist behind every single visit.
We're a proudly local, independently owned company earning trust across Metro Vancouver one spotless clean at a time — and it shows in the 5-star reviews our clients leave and the 100% satisfaction guarantee we stand behind on every visit.
