Common questions
How is home cleaning priced?
Two easy ways: flat-rate packages where you see the whole price up front, or by the hour ($37.50/hour for your first clean, 3-hour minimum). Either way, you get your exact price online before you book — no surprises.
Do condos and apartments cost less than houses?
Usually, yes — price mostly follows the size of your place and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, so a one-bed condo costs far less than a five-bed house. Your instant quote reflects your exact home.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — our cleaners arrive with everything needed. If you'd prefer we use your products (for allergies or preferences), just let us know.
Standard clean or deep clean?
A standard clean maintains an already-tidy home; a deep clean gets into the detail for a first visit or a spring reset. Not sure? See our guide on deep vs standard, or just pick when you book.
Do I need to be home?
No — many customers give us access instructions (lockbox, concierge, spare key) and come home to a spotless place. You'll get a notification when the clean is complete. Whatever you're comfortable with works.
How long does a Standard Clean take?
Most Standard Cleans take 2–4 hours depending on the size and condition of your home. A 2-bedroom is roughly 2–2.5 hours; larger homes may take 3.5–4 hours.
What products do you use?
Our cleaners arrive with professional cleaning products. Eco-friendly, pet-safe and low-fragrance options are available on request at no extra charge — if you have a sensitivity or a product you'd prefer we use, add it to your booking notes and we'll accommodate.
Is a Standard Clean right for my first visit?
If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned recently, we recommend starting with a Deep Clean. It sets the right baseline so every Standard Clean after that maintains it without playing catch-up.
