Basic issue flagging comes with your clean. For strata councils and property managers who want a structured, recurring record across a building or portfolio, Spot Report Pro adds organized, exportable reporting — ask us for details.
Is Spot Report an inspection or a guarantee?
No. It's an informal heads-up from the people already in your space — our cleaners aren't building inspectors or tradespeople, and a Spot Report isn't a professional inspection, warranty or guarantee. It simply gives you an early, photo-backed look at issues worth checking.
Who can see the report?
Only you (or the account holder for the property). Reports are shared privately through our app with the person who booked the clean or manages the property.
Do I have to do anything?
