Our cleaners are insured and background-checked, we quote flat and upfront so there are no surprises, and if anything is not right we will come back and re-clean it within 24 hours. We keep to your building's rules and are respectful of shared hallways, parkade and elevator access on the way in and out. Common questions
Do you clean the hallways, lobby and amenity rooms in my building?
No — this service is for the inside of your suite only. Shared common areas like lobbies, corridors, elevators and amenity rooms are covered under our separate strata and building cleaning service, which is arranged with your strata or property manager.
Does condo cleaning cost more than a house clean?
No. Condos and apartments are priced on the same flat, upfront rate as our regular home cleaning. You will see the full price before you book, with no hourly billing or hidden fees.
How do you handle fob access, parking and elevators?
We are comfortable with key-fob entry, visitor or loading parking and elevator use, and we follow your building's access and move-in rules. Just let us know any building-specific instructions when you book.
Are your cleaners insured and trustworthy?

How long does a Standard Clean take?
Most in-suite Standard Cleans take 2–4 hours depending on the size and condition of your suite. A 2-bedroom condo is roughly 2–2.5 hours; larger suites may take 3.5–4 hours.
Do I need to be home?
No — most residents leave entry instructions (fob, concierge or lockbox) and come home to a clean suite. You'll get a notification when the clean is complete.
What products do you use?
Our cleaners arrive with professional cleaning products. Eco-friendly, pet-safe and low-fragrance options are available on request at no extra charge — if you have a sensitivity or a product you'd prefer we use, add it to your booking notes and we'll accommodate.
Is a Standard Clean right for my first visit?
If your suite hasn't been professionally cleaned recently, we recommend starting with a Deep Clean. It sets the right baseline so every Standard Clean after that maintains it without playing catch-up.
