Bi-weekly cleaning means we visit every two weeks — the most popular rhythm for busy Vancouver homes that want to stay consistently tidy without a weekly visit.
For a standard 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home, that's $197.00 before GST per visit. New customers pay $147.75 before GST on the first visit with our 25% first-clean offer, and from the 2nd visit the 10% bi-weekly discount brings each visit to $177.30 before GST ($186.17 including 5% GST).

When does the recurring discount start?
The recurring-plan discount begins on your second visit and continues on every recurring visit after that — it isn't applied to the first visit. On that first visit, new customers save with our first-clean offer — code FIRST25 takes 25% off. The first-clean offer and the recurring discount don't stack: the offer covers visit one, and your plan savings take over from visit two.
Can I skip or reschedule a visit?
Yes. There's no lock-in — skip a week when you're away, move a visit to a better day, or pause the plan entirely — with at least 24 hours' notice. A $45 fee applies if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
We keep your cleaning with a consistent, trusted team who learn your home and your preferences, so every visit feels familiar and reliable.
Do I need to be home for each clean?
No — many recurring customers give us secure access instructions so we can clean while they're at work. Whatever you're comfortable with works for us.
