What's the difference between move-out and a standard clean?
A move-out clean assumes the home is empty and goes deeper: walls dusted and doors wiped, baseboards, door frames, vents and ceilings, and all the detail work that furniture normally hides. It's our most thorough residential clean, with inside the oven, fridge and cabinets included as standard.
Should I book it empty or furnished?
Empty is best — we can reach every surface and give you a true top-to-bottom result. If you still have some items in place, book it anyway and just note that on your booking; we'll clean everything we can access.
Do you clean inside the oven and fridge?
Yes — inside the oven, inside the fridge and inside cabinets are included as standard in every move-out clean, at no extra charge. They're the areas move-out inspections often check, so we always cover them as part of the empty-home reset.
Can you come the same day as my walkthrough?
We schedule around your move whenever possible. Pick the date your unit is empty when you book, and we'll aim to have it spotless before your inspection.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 48–72 hours for mid-month moves. For end-of-month move-outs, book 5–7 days ahead — those dates are the busiest in BC and fill extremely fast.
Do you provide a receipt or report for the landlord?
Yes — we can provide a dated service receipt and post-clean notes on request, which can be used as supporting documentation for a deposit return.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Most clients provide lockbox or building entry instructions and aren't on-site. Your cleaner follows the full checklist, and you'll get a notification when the job is complete.
Do you clean move-outs for Vancouver condos and rental towers?
Yes — tower move-outs in Downtown, Yaletown and the West End are a big part of what we do, and empty condos are ideal for a top-to-bottom reset. For tower buildings, add a note at booking if we should arrange elevator, loading-bay or concierge access, and whether there's visitor parking.
