How per-square-foot pricing works
There's a small base call-out fee of $30.00, plus a rate for each square foot of your space. The key detail: that rate drops as your space grows — a larger office pays a lower rate per square foot than a small studio suite. So pricing scales fairly with the size of the job:

- How often we clean — daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Recurring service costs less per visit than a one-time clean.
- Rooms that need extra work — the number of kitchens/kitchenettes, bathrooms and shower rooms.
